Yellow tongues

Hey guys,
I was wondering if yellow tongues are a serious thing? Is this something i should be scared about or what? I saw both of my chameleons which i recently bought shoot out yellow tongues to catch a worm on Friday of this week. I only gave them one worm when they first arrived to make sure that they are okay. Ever since that time they havent ate. I am assuming they didnt eat because of the new environment and how it stressed them out a lot. Other than those two problems, everything else is perfect. They have decent grips and they are always exploring their cages. They also look very well fed. The male started head bobbing at the female on Friday and he wanted to breed. The female started hissing tho because she is already gravid. Please help me becayse i am worried. Can anyone please give me advice?

Chams tongues can be different colors... I'd be more worried if it doesn't work as well as it should...

I got both animals on Friday

1 Adult male Ambilobe :

He is 16 months old 17 inches long and his pads are more than full they are really large. He is pretty heavy and gets stressed out reallly easy like when i am holding him or something. He is always exploring his cage. He explores everywhere, including the bottom of the cage. No signs of MBD. The previous owner had him in a 18 by 18 by 36, but i moved him to a 2 by 2 by 4. His grip is okay and good enough to hold him but it is not as strong as i would wish it to be. The more stressed he is the stronger his grip. He has beautiful coloration as well. As we are speaking he is basking and his eyes look normal (they arent sunken in). Even though he moves around a lot he is still a little slow. When he saw the female his actions that day all started becoming fast. Like i said earlier, i put a worm in his cage and he hit it spot on. That was the only time i offered him a worm. After that i offered him Dubias and crickets. He didnt show any interest in those. The owner said he ate a little on Friday and ate a lot in Thursday. She also said he poops every 5-7 days.

1 Adult Female Ambilobe:

She is 10 months old and 60 grams. She looks kind of small though. The previous owner housed her in a 12 by 18 by 20 cage. I moved her to a 2ft by 1ft by 2ft cage. She has produced eggs before in the past and now the previous owner bred her again so she is gravid. It has only been a week she is gravid and she looks pretty dark, like most females. Her colors fluctuate pretty easily. She sometimes turns completly pink. I dont think she has any problems. I also offered her a worm when she came with her cage. She ate it. Ever since i moved her to her new cage, she hasnt been eating. I put a phoenix worm in her cage but she showed no interest. She puffs up even at the sight of me and always seems shaky with her movements. I dont think she has started producing eggs yet because her grip is good but not like a gravid females grip. She too has refused crickets. I havent tried feeding her Dubias. She hissed and gaped at the male when she saw him. I tried moving her outside and inside ever since Friday but i still havent seen her eat. Her cage is pretty bushy but she has seen crickets many many times but hasnt shown any interest.

Does anyone know why they havent ate since friday or why they have yellowish tongues? Here are some pics of there enclosures : https://www.chameleonforums.com/these-enclosures-okay-60995/

I would administer reptaid to him that should give a spike to his immune system and get him eating again.Try to not leave feeders in the enclosure and wait a day and offer to him again. If you feel there not getting better take them to the vet asap to catch anything if there is even anything. Chams do not show heavy symptons usually till its too late. If you saw bubbles I would def be concerned.

in have healthy chams with yellow ,black and red tongues so if they eat and the tongue works it will be fine no? and they both have it and its the same species it could be normal no?

Chams can have MBD, and not show outward deformities. The shaky, stilted gait is an indication of early onset.
Also its ok for then to not eat for a week or so while settling in to a new home.
Keep em hydrated and offer food a couple times a day. Just don't leave feeders in with them.
I would have them checked out by a Herp Vet, he can determine mbd or another cause of the shakes

no, they dont have MBD. Ive been working with chameleons for a long time. They dont show the typical signs. The shakiness is at the level where it is normal.
