Yellow discoloration- Oustalet female

Hi everyone,
I have a young female Oustalet, no clue on her age but I've had her for about 2 months now. The last week I have noticed a yellow spot of skin on her side that doesn't seem to change colors with the rest of her skin. I have no idea what it is and am hoping you all may be able to help me out. She is eating fine, drinking fine and her waste looks completely normal. I'm looking for a herp vet but thought I would give the forums a try while I'm waiting for a call back from them
I don't have the information on her cage right now as I'm at work. I do have a heat lamp and UVA/UVB tube bulb, her basking spot is usually 80s during the day.
Please ignore the ugly wall paper in the background but the spot I am referring to if the heart shaped yellow just above her hind leg. Thanks in advance.

Your picture is pretty blurry, but there are a couple of possibilities:

A thermal burn. Even if her basking area doesn't seem very hot, if she happens to spend a lot of her time directly under it with that particular area exposed, she could still get burned. Chams bask to raise their internal body temp. If the rest of her cage is dramatically cooler (there isn't a gradual gradient of temps in the cage) she might sit too long trying to warm up, and burn a particular area of skin. She might be gravid and gravid chams spend more time basking.

This could also be a fungal or viral infection. Very hard to say. If its a burn, you could treat it with Silvadene...a burn ointment that should be available from a vet. It will protect from secondary infection, help protect the new tissue, and help heal.

To determine viral or fungal you would need a diagnosis from a herp vet.

Hopefully this picture is a little better. Still haven't heard back from Vet but I did order some Vetericyn and Silver ointment that should be delivered tomorrow that I'll try incase I don't hear back.
