Would this make a good emclosure? I am not going to build one right now but for future reference or if anyone around here wants to try it out. There are lights built in so it would be a little easier to make basking spots and just add a UVB. How cool would that look

That would be cool with some upgrades of course. Replace the glass with screen and make sure its waterproof and you might have something going

I can agree. Alter it totaly. Replace all glass with screen. Repalce the top so it can hold lights ,,,make it screen aswell... I don't know how wide itt is.but I dono. You'd have to do some major revamp. But I like how its conected with storage.

Dosent look very deep front to back. I used to convert all kinds of things, furniture, bookcases, tv's even, to vivs, years ago. Time has taught me, its not worth the effort to convert something, It's never quite exactly right for any given species, and usually ends up costing more $ and time than it would to design and build your perfect enclosure, specifically for the species, from scratch.

I think it could work. I wouldnt necessarily replace all the glass with screen. NOT everyone should use a screen cage, depending on their local environmental conditions.

Water drainage would be something to think about.
