http://www.lllreptile.com/products/19666-aluminum-screen-cage-ultimate-chameleon-package is this all I need for a 3 month old blue bar chameleon? Like is this all I need or is there anything this is missing I would need to buy myself and not a luxury item I mean a necessity.
Would this be good for a 3 month old panther?

So if I bought that cage all I'd need to buy is calcium w/d3 and a multivitamin and a differnet bulb and I'd be set to put a chameleon in it?

Need to get some without D3 (with D3 will only be used bi weekly) and a UVB, tube/fluorescence lamp preferred. You're going to need it anyways so get the best you can.

Ahhh I thought the calcium they had pictured was Calcium without D3, lol my bad. But you also need a lot more vines and greenery. I have one 5 foot ficus in my cage and a smaller 2 and a half foot ficus. And still have a couple plastic plants and several bendable vines, I think I have like four bendable vines, along with some wooden branches. IF you are just going fake foliage, then I would get probably 10 large plastic plants possible more, so that the whole cage has green stuff in it. I would also buy around 6 large bendable vines. Also some wooden dowels and branches, or maybe a bird ladder. I would get a 75 watt basking bulb, if you are getting a male panther.
sorry if I'm asking to many questions but it's because I want to make sure my first chamelon is set when I get him, he is a 3 month old male panther, so if I bought that setup above what would I need to buy to complete it for my chameleon I already know I need to get more vines and stuff but what else? Could you just put a little list of what I'd need to order along with that package.

Here's what I got from BigAl's...I found it was easier/better to buy things separate. I would nix the can of crickets (stupid) and the spray calcium and buy a duster instead. I bought a Pothos weeks before and repotted and cleaned it. I grabbed sticks from the woods (and baked them). I tried to save where I could. this is all the same stuff, saving about $20, and shipping was free and fast!

Make sure these things are purchased either included in the kit or separate :
75w bulb for heat
UVB fixture and lamp,preferably a linear or tube light, with a rating for forested/jungle animals,Zoomed marks theirs 5.0, light your reptiles fixture they sell is for a higher out put t5 ho bulb,theirs is labeled 6%. I recommend this lighting.
A dripper,mister (hand mister), a misting system(mist king,exo Terra monsoon ) this decision is based on how dry or humid your house is,if you hand mist it may take a while and evaporate quickly if you have forced air and heat. I recommend a misting system if you can afford it. A dripper will allow a constant source of water too,and recommended even with a system as it can back up the program you have set in case there is a failure of some kind. And for available water between sessions.

Lots of fake/live coverage for the enclosure,as Andee stated earlier.
Vines
Plenty of feeder insects,with some sort of gutloading regime,either mixed veggies from store or a premade. I use vitall by sticky tongue farms.
No night time heating or lighting unless it's cold in your house,they can easily handle a drop into the low 60's at night.
Make sure you feed a variety of insects also. Not just one or two things.

That's a good list above. My only addition would be that the heat bulb he's talking about is a regular lightbulb not the one from the pet store. Reptile heat lights are priced much higher just because it has a picture of a lizard on the box. When you get down to buying a mister I'd try climist. I got one from coastal silkworms for 99$. All the parts are the same as a Mistking. I even used Mistking directions to install mine. Also if you want to save a little money on the dripper you could use a large deli cup and poke a small hole in the bottom with a sewing needle. Fill it with water and place it on top of the enclosure.
