Hello all,
Thank you for your support with this. I'm sad to report that I had to euthanize Victor today. I took him to a reptile specialist, and long story short, it seems Victor had cancer. He had a lot of necrotic tissue around his vent, and moving down toward the bottom of his tail, and outward, possibly even a bone infection. His digestive system, vent area and tail were all not working anymore and he was really suffering. Hug your chams tight today. :( Best, Stephanie

Did he mention if it was squamous cell or a different type? I am curious what types they can get; my frogs can get squamous.

I’m so sorry about Victor. You both seem to have fought long and hard and your sweet beautiful guy is at peace now. (((Hugs))) to you 💗

So sorry for your loss...under the circumstances, it was the best choice IMHO....even though I'm sure it wasn't easy. Hugs.
