Worried about my Veiled

My female veiled chameleon (~8 months old) has developed some raised areas under her skin and they are getting larger and yellowish. I took her to the vet, but he isn't sure what they are.
She eats well and is alert and seems healthy.
What do you think is going on?

The Vet didn't think it was fungal (it doesn't look like fungus pics), and he was cautious to take a biopsy until he consulted with some experts. I thought I should post here to get some more opinions in the mean time.
She did lay eggs a while back and there was some concern that she didn't get them all out. What do you think?

@MissSkittles asked…”that doesn’t look like Can-V does it?”… no, it doesn’t.

I’m really not sure. Sorry. An X-ray or biopsy might help.

@terrachild said…”since I got her she had kind of a scaly white line on her side Pic 1. She just finished shedding and this area is looking even more scaly now Pic 2. What do you think?”… that’s just a normal female veiled marking.

FWIW, the color of those lumps may not be that significant. The skin stretched over those lumps might display the same color regardless of what was causing the growth. Don't really see how they could be properly diagnosed without needle aspiration or biopsies. They don't suggest retained eggs to me, but an xray could probably rule that out.
