Ok so my cham Icarus who I have never had any problems with and is in good health seems to have 1 little problem, he continuously likes to try to walk on the screen of his cage and it seems his nails are worn down. Here is a pic of what his enclosure looks like as of today and if anyone has had a problem like this before I would appreciate your insight.

He is going through a shed right now but you can see him peering at you in the pics

How old and how big is his cage? If they're often on the screen it may mean he is trying to get out and that could be a number of reasons. Enclosure too small, not enough pathways to roam around, not enough hiding spots, poor UVB, not getting his vitamins. I can't see your pics while I'm at work (blocked) so I can't really comment on your setup. Someone should be able to give you better advice though.

He is 10 months old in a 2x2x4 screen cage uvb linear tube
dusting schedule is calcium every day and herpavite and calcium w/ d3 twice a month as suggested, I have alot of live plants in the enclosure and I have been wondering if I should trim them down and add more vines or what

I've experienced one of my chams doing the screen thing so I added more horizontal pathways and he got off the screen. Couldn't hurt to add more vines.
