Worms

My chams wouldn't eat worms of any kind so (this may sound gross) I cut a butter worm in half and rubbed it on my girls lip. She ate it! Is it ok to rub on their lips to get them to eat it?

I tried it again and once she opened her lips and tasted it she snatched it outta my hand! I'm so happy I found a way to feed worms! They're diet has consisted of mainly a ton of fruit flies, some crickets and a few black soldier flies ( they love stuff with wings) and I can't find bluebottles or house fly cultures. Hope Saturday at the reptile thing in Detroit I can get some bigger flies cuz the fruit flies are tiny and they need like 100 each

I've heard that butterworms juice will stain areas around the mouth. Glad it works for you.:)

Yea they both changed colors after I think it was some chemical reaction like an allergy or something. I just got done reading other similar situation posts
