Worms? Parasites?

I was cleaning out my chameleons cage this morning and noticed movement at the bottom of the cage (not in the poop just on the bottom) and found worms. They kind of look like earthworms maybe from the potted plants but I have a huge fear that it might be parasites bc I don’t know worms/ never dealt with this before. Hes been acting fine and healthy nothing in his Behavior has changed recently just wondered if anyone else has dealt with it/ know if they’re normal worms or parasites.

They look to me like the worms that come out of potted plants.

Look to be a species of dendrobaena, they will be beneficial if you are bio set up
