Worms in Dubia colony

So I started a new Dubia colony a couple of weeks ago. Besides adding food and water, I have pretty much left them alone. I just moved the egg crates and see if I saw any babies and I found worms in the frass. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Should I clean the tub out immediately?

can you get a better pic of the worms? its kinda hard to see them - they MIGHT be fr/ fly larva - do you see little fling bugs in there too ?

I'll try to get a better picture tonight when I get home. I haven't seen any other types of bugs in the container.

Looks like a mini darkling beetle. Since there are like 10 sizes (ive collected 4) whole knows which one it is. Id leave them in for cleaner crews, they are not parasites. The only ones you dont want are the ones that nibble on the living...

Those little white things up in the corner look like Phorid fly larvae. My bins usually get these around summer time and I just cut back on fruits and veggies and most wet material until they clear up.
