won't open her eye

I have a veiled chameleon she is about 4 months old I think she recently shed and I noticed today she won't open her eye. I don't know what happend to her I have a ficus and a pothos plant in her cage along with a few fake plants. Please help

What kind of bulb do you have? If you have a compact bulb, or your chameleon can get within 6 inches of the bulb it can cause eye issues. I suggest that if you have a compact bulb you replace it soon. She also might just have something in her eye, if it's dusty in the area her cage is in, it could just be that too. If you can't figure out why this keeps happening, I'd suggest that you mist it a little more often if you can. This will help wash out her eye, but don't mist her directly. I hope this helps!

I am so sorry to hear about your girl. It could be your lighting. Try turning the lights off for a day or two and see if that helps. If you will fill out the ask for her form and post some photos that would be very helpful to those that try to help you.
