where is your uvb bulb? Two heat bulbs in a little terrarium is too much and your humidity is too high if it constantly at those levels. What are your temps in farenheit. You may not even need a heat bulb depending on what your temps are without it. You cage temp should be in the low 70's and basking in the low 80 degree range at most. Also 16 seconds is not very long for your chameleon to drink.

Supplements

This probably isn't directly related to your initial problem. Sounds like you have way to much heat on him and he is drying out. But you are using two vitamin and mineral suppliments. One has D3, but you have no calcium suppliment and it may be to much vitamins for his system.

I dust with Rep-Cal Herptivite multivitamin every 1st and 3rd weekend. Every 2nd and 4th weekend I use Repashy with D3, then I dust with calcium every day half my feeders. (Mojo goes through 12 to 14, 3/4 inch feeders a day).

Without calcium, your chameleon can be at risk of MBD later in life, and since he is so young, he needs to be building his bones properly.

I would also suggest you invest in some good quality UVB and UVA bulbs. They help make up for natural sunlight chameleons do not get in captivity and offer great benefits to processing D3 and vitamins as well as supplying heat and light, (UVA mostly).

The stuff that the Cricket food that i posted i hoped would give him that calcium. the Fluker's High Calcium Cricket Feed what they eat he eats. Here is a link >http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2753945&lmdn=Pet+Type&f=PAD/psNotAvailInUS/No

Gonna go get Calcium. This stuff http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2753952&lmdn=Pet+Type&f=PAD/psNotAvailInUS/No should work right??

The Uv light i have is a spiral bulb made by exo terra its a 13W 5.0 uvb. it sits a ^ inches above the cage and reflects downward. I have also unplugged a heat lamp. temps are now @ 60.8F at the floor and 71.6F about 3 inches down from the heat lamp. with 70 % humidity. As for his water that he can get is from a dripper to simulate natural rain fall goes all the time so he can drink when ever he wants, I have watched him. The mister that i am using is the monsoon 400, first one i bought was faulty and put a half an inch of water in the bottom. I have the new one set to once an hour for 16 seconds of misting. forgot to add the size of terrarium. its 60 x 45 x 60 cm / 24” x 18” x 24” (WxDxH) now when he gets older i was gonna take the screen mesh off the top and add to it.

I do have a few questions:
1. How warm should his tank be during the day?
2. What kind of UV bulb should I get him?
3.What humidity percentage should he be at??
4. Is there anything else that I should watch for?

Thank you guys for all the help.

Ok so here is what my crickets are eating.
lettuce ( what ever is left at the end of the day i take out and throw away )

All the stuff from petsmart is junk, take a look at Sandrachameleon's blogs for gutload, shes a genius.

You need calcium WITH NO d3 every feeding (lightly dusting) and calcium WITH d3 twice a month, vit. twice a month. (not the same days, interchange seems to be the common method, as stated above)

So, Repta-Calcium Dietary Supplement from Fluker's® won't work, as its WITH d3.

Another member may tell you about the dosage, but from general statements on the forum its best to have calcium WITH NO d3 for every feeding.

I'd definitely change your gutload though, I hear flukers is garbage.

you wont 'find; a new gutload at the pet store. you need to go to a grocery store.
you need fruits and veggies for gutloading.
and honestly, you probably wont find the calcium without d3 at the store either.

The real good stuff like Dinofuel and Cricketcrack you will probably have to order, good news is that they are forum sponsers.

Raspheys is also good, but only select stores sell them. I had to go to a specialty reptile store in town for my supplements/gutload but I'll probably order them next time. The brand I got isn't the 'best' but for now it'll do the trick.

I'm sure other members can give you the best premade gutloads and supplements. You want to add fruits and veggies even with a premade gutload. They add moisture (Water) and great nutrients.

Sandrachameleon has turned it into a science, check out her blogs.

Just to start you off.

Handling 2-3 times a day is too much and will cause unneccesary stress. Get your husbandry under control and then start to build up trust with the little guy by hand feeding.

ok then where do i find the calcium with out D3? can i use the calcium that we can get a drug store??
