Any advice will help,
also i am like i said scheduling a herp vet and researching as much about chameleons as possible.

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Veiled Chameleon, Male, Not sure how old but i think it's shortly after he hatched because he is so small. (have had him for 3 weeks.)
Handling - Very little, only enough to get him used to me if i need to observe his body or clean his cage.
(don't wanna get bit but it'll happen eventually probably but so far no problems at all )
Feeding - Crickets, Hornworms, or Pheonix worms. 8-12 crickets a day, 5-7 hornworms a day, or 6-10 pheonix worms a day (depends on the week)
I am gut loading using the Flukers hi calcium cricket diet (the oatmeal substrate looking stuff, i was told its cheaper and healthier to use fruit and veggies is this true?)
Supplements - As for supplement its Calcium (without D3) 3 times a week Calcium (with D3) 2 times a week, a Multivitamin once a week, and one day a week with no supplements.
Watering - Misting 3 times a day, I see him drink almost instantly afterwards either from leaves or from his lip if he has a drop on himself. (I also have a waterfall but I use reptisafe both in it
and the mister and the water is changed every other day, somtimes everyday.)
Fecal Description - Fecal matter is moist and brown, Urate is moist and white. (Have'nt gone to a vet yet.)
History - N/A

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Screen. 16x16x29
Lighting - Reptisun UVB and a 60w day bulb Zoo Med. (12 hours of light and adjustable temperature spots. 12 hours of night.) 8AM-8PM etc.
Temperature - 90 F' basking spot, 75-85 at other parts of the cage, using home depot thermo's
Humidity - Humidity levels are anywhere from 50%-60%, maintaining through misting and waterfall.
Plants - Using live plants with fake, at the moment he is eating sunflowers.
Placement - Top of cage is about 6' from floor.
Location - Savannah, Georgia, USA

Current Problem - Very small larger nostril

It honestly is so subtle it looks as if its only slightly bigger than the bone ridge of his other nostril (this could be because he is young as i dont know) either way a herp checkup will do some good, but if anyone here knows if its something or even if its nothing it would lessen my stress a bit <3

i dont know about cheaper on the fruits and veggies. But better yes! It is hard to tell from your pics what is you are talking about. They are not very clear. I have seen alot of Veilds get abcesses around that area. It is good you are taking your cham to a vet if you suspect something is not right.

Hello and welcome to you and little Pascal :) The forum standard for dusting would be Calcium with no d3 everyday, with d3 twice a month, multivit once or twice a month.
This depends on the brand(s) you are using of course.
He is only little, so your basking temp is a bit high.
Here is a great all-round basic caresheet for Veileds - https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/chameleonsinmyhouse/395-veiled-chameleon-care-sheet.html
And one on gutloading - https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/ferretinmyshoes/446-basics-gutloading.html

Nobody on here likes waterfalls, because they are so hard to keep clean even with the reptisafe it's a bad idea really...
I can't help with the nostril thing, so I'll leave it to the vet.......
Good work on your research so far though, and giving him some variety in foods. I can't see anything wrong, just minor details :)
P.s. they love fruit flies at his age.........

First Welcome to the Forum
another note I would remove the waterfall. They are a bacteria breeding ground and honestly unless you are cleaning and sanitizing EVERYDAY I wouldn't risk having it in the tank IMHO Misters, Drippers, or even just an old fashion spray bottle will work for keeping your chameleon hydrated.
I own 4 veileds my self they are truly a beautiful pet. Good luck.

I might just buy fruit for myself then and out of the batch cut a slice a day of an orange or something for the crickets, etc?

Also it's just a slight bump on the bone ridge on a veiled chameleons eyes its just at the lower part right on top of the nostril. :)

I'll switch up the supplements then most likely raise his lamp one more inche (see what it does to the temp)

As for the waterfall i really liked it for decoration (me being an artist) but if its really a bad idea ill duct tape the hole i made for the plug on both sides (upgrading his cage in 2-3 weeks), and just return the waterfall.

why waterfalls are bad...

Most chams drink moving water.

But they also like to poo around moving water.

A friend of mine had a waterfall in with her cham and was being really good about cleaning it out every day. When she took it out for a thorough weekly cleaning, she found that somehow some poo had made it into the resevoir so no telling how much of the week her cham was drinking pooey water! Needless to say, even she quit using the waterfall.

I have one too but took it out right after hearing the opinions on here. I didn't return it though. I keep my cham in a glass exo-terra cage and the dripper system and misting cause about half a gallon a day to accumulate in the bottom of the cage so I use the pump from the waterfall to pump all the water out of the cage. Really handy!

That does sound really handy but i did return it. ):
I also changed my cricket setup today using
Fluker's Quencher (Gel crystals)
Fluker's High Calcium Cricket Diet (Oatmeal substrate stuff)
but now...
I added two more feeding trays with
Diced Tangerine
and
Diced Apples
:)
