Wondering what that white circle is on his mid section, if its just natural or anything to be concerned about

I saw something similar on a post about a vitamin a deficiency, is he getting any vitamin a?

1) Is your chameleon usually that dark? (hopefully not because he might be stressed)

2) The spot might just be a start to a new shed (hence the grumpyness of your chameleon in the photo)

Vitamin deficiency causing a white spot? To me it just looks like part of your chameleons lateral line. They are not always a perfect straight line.

Agree. Watch the spot...keep a photo log for a while to track any changes. A deficiency that profound would probably be showing other symptoms...including other spots or an increasing number of them.
