Vitamin deficiency causing a white spot? To me it just looks like part of your chameleons lateral line. They are not always a perfect straight line.

Carlton Chameleon Enthusiast Mar 20, 2013 #5 Agree. Watch the spot...keep a photo log for a while to track any changes. A deficiency that profound would probably be showing other symptoms...including other spots or an increasing number of them.
