With this budget, what setup would you get

I'm trying to get caught up / ahead with school work for my doctoral program...getting SOME reading done, but not a heck of a lot. At least it is keeping me a little occupied. I'm obsessively checking temps, rearranging vines, and refreshing here. Sigh.
