Wiseman

Chameleon Enthusiast
I went into a phase. Jumping from Carpet Chameleon, back to Brookesia sp. Landing on my most favorite species-High Casque Chameleon; Trioceros hoehnelii.

I went to contact The Chameleon Collective via instagram. Tyler won’t ship out this little bugger until temps in Southern California are out of extreme temperature. I’m worried I might have to give up if Tyler feels the extreme temps stays too long. This heat wave is expected to last this week. I’monly assuming though through my fears. Tyler is very approachable though. What a good guy to have in our community.

But I present Wiseman. Or Wiseboy as a nickname for the little one. I dedicate the name through my favorite cartoon-Sailor Moon villain; Wiseman. He was featured in second story arc of the series. And again exclusively in the last story arc of the manga series.

Chameleons have a folklore of being not being trusted. Giving bad omen vibes. I also dedicate this name with humans creativity of evil, nightmares.
Tyler gave me the video of him. Of course I used it. Since I don’t have him. I can’t take photos. 🤣

If it's the one that caught your heart, it's well worth waiting... Rather than wondering 'What if...'

Another good way to look at it is, at least he's safe and BONUS you don't have to worry about keeping him cool in a heatwave.

I feel I’m going to regret setting up the terrarium. I should have thought about setting up in the spare room for the time being.

I would prefer to have cork bark background fixed to the back. I used spare magnolia branches. Until I can get the Manzanita branches in order for permanent. Two plants-Pothos and Schefflera. I can plant more. Not sure if I should score another Schefflera at Ralph’s again. Or try Tradescantia pallida and Mandevilla.

October will give you time to wait for the cage to grow in, and make final adjustments. Although, I had time to set up my cham cages; I wish I could have profected the cage a bit more, before moving the Cham in... Patience it a virtue, my friend.
