I got a few of these sticks and i am trying to put them in his cage. I put the stick in and it is just staying by the pressure of the sides of the cage. How do y’all attach sticks like thus in the cage?

Push pins in the side through the screen. Like those odd corn eatin holders.

I can't tell from the photo what the sides or structural components (frame) are made of.
If the screen isn't strong enough—or the branches too heavy—I'd be concerned the weight (including chameleon) might tear the screen. Dunno.

If the frame is aluminum, you can get aluminum strapping from a home improvement store, cut to length, and screw it to the frame—sort of a poor man's dragon ledge. Then use wire or zip-ties to anchor the branches to the strapping.

Am I the only one concerned that the vine at the top looks a little too close to the basking lamp?

Regardless, that's a very nice setup you've got there. Lots of foliage

i had them like that, it will eventually just sretch your screen
