I was at the pet store today and I saw they had some vegitables in the cage will they eat that. should i be feeding my cham vegies? i use supplements like rekishi

No, veiled chams (the ones at pet stores) are mainly insectivores..crickets, flies, worms, locusts, roaches, etc. Although I suppose it's not unheard of.

I would imagine that the vegis were put in there for cricket food.

Veileds are big time veggie and fruit eaters. My male veiled has eaten half his pothos plant! He eats romaine from my hand and strawberries.. i havent experimented with much else yet.

They also commonly sell jacksons at pet stores to ;) and senegals here and there.
But yea In a petstore the veggies were prob for the crickets, though a veiled may come sneak a bite.. maybe not if its too young.. mine didnt eat veggies till 4 1/2 months or so.

I'm also impressed to hear a petstore offering nutrition to.... Anything!

I offer all my chams fruits and veggies. You don't know that they want eat it until you try them with different things. All my veileds love fruits and veggies and half of my panther. I even offer fruits and veggies to the parsonii but no takers yet. My daughter use to keep Mellerii and they loved it.
