Here are some photos I took of Red Headed Agama Lizards at Fairchild Gardens in Miami,FL. 1st photo is a male. 2nd is a female. 3rd is a male hiding behind a rock. Enjoy!
Thats really cool. My local pet store breeds them, but I'm not sure if it's the same kind. Theirs (the male?) has an orange head, purple body, and a blue tail.
I believe theres about 10 sub-species of these lizards, some are a little different then others. The males are the most colorful of the 2 sexes. There very fun to watch.
