Why is Columbus so quiet?

Hi there, I may be worrying over nothing but my panther Chame is off colour?? He s like 10 months old. He shed last week an was a bit grumpy but nothing out of the ordinary but the last two day he just seems very quiet an down?? He's eating, but not much, drinking some again but not much? His eyes are a little sunk in which I know mean dehydrated so I've uped his time to more! I've had him for 6 months an he's been great an I'm pretty in tune with him, but this has me stumped?? I would post a pic of him and fill out the ask for help form in the health clinic also have you changed out your uvb bulb since you got him?
