Why can I not have green banana roaches in Tennessee? I have seen several websites that sell them and they all say no shipping to Tennessee or no sale to residents of Tennessee. I just wondered if anyone could enlighten me on the "law" or "shipping restrictions"

If they can live out side they can not be imported. Its also the reason why walking stick bugs cant be imported to ohio, and why dubia's are not allowed in Florida.
