why are my fly pupae hatching?

house flies.. and i have them sitting around 80 to 90 degrees.. they just stopped all of a sudden from hatching

Hey bay,

I also picked up some house flies a few weeks ago, and had them hatching within 3 days of having them.

your temps should be fine in arizona at room temperature.

they could be freshly pupae'd which means it could take some time, i don't know what kind of time length they take to go from larvae to fly but it might be another week or so.

put a 60 watt house bulb on em , it might speed up there change.

alright will do, ya it was just weird how its taking longer than usual all of a sudden... just to let you know i got my chameleon from you from the mesa convention, on easter weekend, one of the red bar ambilobe/nosy be's... he's turning out to be quite unique.. ill have pics up in a couple of weeks of his new colors

thats terrific.

Chad always has Terrific animals, and glad to see you on the forums, im lookin forward to the pictures.
