Isnt it torture when your cham is gravid and laying her eggs and you arent even allowed to peek in?!?!?!?! its driving me crazy! lol i mist her ones or twice a day only if i see he up by the light, other than that i leave her alone. Only question is how long do i have to keep this up? how long is it gana take for her to lay her batch! Hurry up Googlez! u Grumpy whore! LMAO jk

Lol i love her! and she loves me. Most of the time when i open the cage she'll reach for my hand! i handle her prolly on every other day and it doesnt affect her appetite or n e thing, i guess i got lucky with her

Me too with Lily! I love chams - they are great! (Especially mine!) She's the sweetest thing, and I love her to bits!

When Lily was laying I was just the same! I had two sheets of wood/ply left over from building a wardrobe and they were just the right size to stand up against the front of Lily's viv. I left a tiny gap between them just enough to peek in but not too much that she could see me. Her laying bin was at the back of the cage behind a log and a plant so she was well hidden anyway! It does take ages though - you just have to be patient and its not easy!!

I had previously set up a web cam (when I was breeding) so I could check on a female without interrupting her. I worried about tunnels collapsing, the sky falling, and all manner of crazy anxieties.

Lol i freaked out! i peeked in and i could see her back half but not her front, as i looked closer i saw her head and front arms were buried! i thought she killed herself so i moved some soil and she started moving. My heart nearly stopped! shes going to give me a heart attack!
