That looks like a little bit of stuck shed. Mist him with warm water and it will come off easily. When they shed you should up the mistings. The extra humididty will help.

Looks like the same to me :) and the same solution! Good luck with the little guy :D

He has shed already even at 2.5 months old? And how often do they shed? When he does start to shed do I need to do anything to help or just let it happen?

They shed every couple of weeks for the first 4 months or so then it slows down to once a month until they are about 10months. At that point it typically take longer for them to shed and as adults at around a year they will have a shed going on different parts most of the time. Just make sure they have good humidity and plenty to drink and that should be enough. Rarely a stuck shed will cause an issue with the tip of their tail but that usually indicates an underlying nutritional deficit. When I notice the first signs of a shed I usually throw in at least one extra daily misting over the 2 or so days it takes to complete the shed. Your veild looks good to me! good luck!

Welcome to being a responsible Cham owner!

I sometimes wondered especially in the begininng if Lily (my Cham) was my keeper! She sure kept me on my toes by either stressing me with "what is she doing?" or "is that normal?" Eventually you get a bit of a hang of it but they do keep you wondering :)

Good luck with your little one:p
