White spots?

Does anyone know what these spots are on her side? She can be totally mint green then if i open her cage she gets these white spots i actually see her develop them! Her spots are usually blue is this normal?

looks like she may shed soon.

She is shedding but shes never had white spots like this before this is her from the other end were shes started shedding could that be all it is??
