White scaled

So I have a 5 month old male veiled chameleon. I've had him for 2 months. This is my first chameleon. So he seems healthy, his poop looks good. He eats well. But on his head he has a couple white dead looking scales with black tips. What are these? Are they scales he didn't shed or a burn? Should I be concerned?

Hi! :) I don’t see anything concerning. As he grows older, his colors will change a bit. Many male veileds will naturally develop some black areas on their casque and facial ridges. I don’t have any decent face pics of my guy (he hates the camera), but here’s a couple that show it.
’normal’ colors

sleeping colors - the black really comes out when asleep or fired up.
