White mass on Veiled Chameleon lip

Saw this on my Veiled today. Not sure what it is, didn’t see this a few days ago so this just appeared. More red on the back of it, looks like blood or irritation so definitely a mass.
 
Definitely seems a vet visit is in order unfortunately. Could be papilloma but something looks up with her. What is the feeders you give ( if crickets they can bite), supplement you are using, and what is your uvb bulb strength? Not sure if mbd is playing a role. I’ll call in some more experienced keepers than me with veilds. ☺ @MissSkittles or @kinyonga
Any recommendations if either of them come on they will look.
 
That is called ‘time for a vet visit’. I’m not sure if it’s a papilloma. I think it’s probably a scab or similar which is coming from a case of stomatitis (aka mouth rot). Best to have it checked and treated asap, as left untreated the infection can make its way down into the bone. Attaching our vet list in case you need help finding one with chameleon experience, although most exotics vets should be able to handle this.
