white bug?

This morning I woke up and found a white(very white) bug on my cham. it had two front antenas and about 3 legs on each side.I tried to grab my cham but he only hissed and tried to bite me. i am quite concern. Can this be a parasite, can this hurt my cham, What to do.next step a Vet.

could be a springtail that might have hitch hiked on a plant?

where there is one mite there are many, i would search on the bottom of my plant leaves very thouroughly

Mites are arachnids so the antenna part does not sound like a mite.

Well, this may sound silly, but is it possible it is one of the feeder bugs that has molted? A cricket or dubia? They are fairly white when they have freshly shed their skin. Doubtful, I guess, as dubia don't have 3 legs showing on each side, and you would have recognized a white cricket for what it was.
