Which UVB light for a Waxy Monkey Tree frog

Right now I am using an Exo Terra Compact Fluorescent 13watt 5.0 uvb bulb. But I was wondering if I could use the Exo Terra Compact Fluorescent 13watt 2.0 uvb bulb as he likes to rest at the top of his cage during the day so the uvb could still reach him.

Waxy tree frogs are waxy because they are unique in the frog world in that they will bask in direct Sun in the wild and the wax keeps them from dehydration.

Sooo....they would bask in the same conditions as most other tropical reptiles therefore I would suggest a 5.0. 5.0 will lose it's strength over time anyways so it will be around 3.0 or 2.0 for most of the bulb's life.

If you get a 2.0 or 3.0 it won't be as effective for any length of time IMO.
