Which locales have red turrets?

Know someone very excited about breeding his "high end red bar ambilobe" but just saw a picture of it and it has blazing red turrets and bright red along his head crest. Resting color is almost solid green with faint stripes but fires up with a ambilobe pattern. So I'm thinking not an ambilobe because I've never seen one with solid red turrets (please correct me if I'm wrong)! Don't the mitsio locales have the red turrets? I know he's going to be upset it's not a pure ambilobe so I want to make sure I mention which locales it may be.

Ambilobe's, Mistios, Crosses, , a few Ankaramy, Tamataves, Sambava, Ampiskiana, as well as all the eastern locales.

So ambilobes can have bright red turrets? I've only seen the more lavender turrets with some red streaking at most on ambilobes from all the pictures people post and from breeder websites. And I was thinking the mostly solid green body sounded more like another locale as well...

Solid green body's with red turrets are definetly Mistios though and yes, Ambilobes can have red eye turrets, ive had many like that

so YOU say .. seems you aready did open it. some never get it its ok.

No need for rude-ness.

Yes, ambilobes can have red eye turrets and they can be pretty green at rest. It just depends. Not all ambilobes are the bright-vibrant-and-colorful-all-the-time type.
