Which Chameleon Should I Get?

First post here! YAY!

So, I've been thinking long and hard about getting a chameleon. I've read up on a few and I was wondering what you guys would recommend? I don't have a huge amount of space so a smaller species would be better. I know that this is not a cheap hobby. I have other herps and I love them and know they aren't cheap. Having said that, I don't have a lot money to spend. lol.

So, what do you guys think?

A jackson cham ? I got my first a few weeks ago and he's relativly easy to care for once you have everything in place.

Well what are your temps like? What can you provide for your cham in regards of humidity and temps? You can go for a montane species, I personally love the guys. There is an awesome breeder on the forums that breeds K Multis. They are relatively hardy and the males are awesome.

My temps are controlled and tend to be in the warmer degrees. High seventies and early eighties during the summer and probably upper sixties during the winter, but I have access to lamps and all that jazz. How big do the montanes get?

depends what species you get. i personally like hoes. they give live birth and are beautiful. there small and from what i hear pritty hardy.

I was just going to also mention getting a Hoe...I have both and love them.

My K. Multi is about full size, will probably just gain weight. He's at 25 grams now.
Here's a pic to give you idea of size.

And I've a baby Hoe, he's at 5 months now and shedding. Won't get super big, definitely smaller then my fischer.

Sounds wonderful!

I bought my Hoe from Tiki Tiki Reptiles, he's a super healthy little guy and eats/drinks wonderfully. Feel free to PM me. K. Multis' are typically a very active species so it's nice to give them more room, my guy is in an 18x18x36 but is out many times daily.
