Which arcadia is right for me?

Just curious what people would suggest for a panther chameleon that is mostly indoors. 6% or 12% arcadia? I know 6% says for forest animals but ive heard other forum members say that they use 12%. Would love to hear personal experiences.

I've been using the 6% and my cham loves it. 12% would be a bit too much especially if you don't have a meter.

I don't have a meter and the 6% works fine. Glad you're considering arcadia

If you have live plants, and need to have lighting for them, as well, you could use a dual Arcadia fixture. It comes with 6.5 bulbs standard, and you could upgrade one to a 6% T5 HO bulb. This is what I would suggest. 12% would probably be overkill. With the reflector in the Arcadia units, you should get great output. Shoot Todd at LYR a message with your cage specs and he is a great help!
