We have been trying to get hornworms for a while now, but the only store that has them from time to time is an hour away and never have them when we can make it over there. does anyone live in miami and could possibly help out?

It's very much appreciated! :D

I Live in Palm Beach county (Lake Worth) and I order mine on line from a place in Jacksonville called Coastal Silkworms (which carry hornworms also). They ship them and I get them in one day. I only ordered hornworms once and they came in a pod. The silks are always alive and healthy. On another note, where do you get yours from? My husband is always down that way and maybe he could pick me up some.

Thanks for the info. There is a store in Deerfield Beach called Ben Siegel Reptiles, they have nice silk pods (from the same company Coastal Silkworms) and as i said sometimes hornworms but we always seem to miss them.

So you could buy them direct which maybe cheaper but then you have to pay the shipping, so it is probably a wash. I just talked to Coastal and a matter of fact and he will have horns in about a week(but I am sure they will be small) and the silks not for about another three weeks. Looks like I am going to have to ration my supply! lol! Thanks for the info on Ben Siegels. That is good to know.

Also try Mulberry farms if coastal silkworms is out. I tried to order from coastal silkworms on friday and they were out of stock. Then ago so was Mulberry farms :p

Coastal and Great Lakes both have great hornworms. I'm down to my last one from Coastal, and should have picked up more at daytona :( Just be sure you select the right coast if you buy from Coastal lol
