Where to buy plants

Where does everybody buy their plants? I see a lot of places and I don’t know where I should buy them. Home Depot, Bachman’s, Josh’s Frogs? Obviously I want to get them cheaper, but I don’t know who has the best quality. There is also a local plant shop across the street from my house, but I think their plants are usually pretty expensive. I know what types of plants I want, that’s not an issue, but where is the best place to buy them?

I use Lowe's Walmart homedepot, just repot resoil and wash them good.
