its a long shot, but you could try tamara deschamps of trinity chameleons. i dont think shes got any right now but she has had them in the past and she keeps several xanths. she also does international reptile import/export, so if anybody could hook you up or set you on the right path, it would likely be her.
shes noted for exceptional stock and taking obsessively good care of her animals, but i should warn you, most of her stuff is a little on the pricey side. imo, probably money well spent. jmo

sadly i contacted them and they said they dont have any now. i should e-mail them back and ask to be put on a waiting list possibly?

Yeah I'd purchase from Drew & Tamara. You know you'll get a healthy animal to start with.

It wouldnt be worth it to import just one or even a few jacksons. The licenses and fees would drive the price up to much. She'd have to be doing another import at that same time and throw the jacksons in also to make it feasible. Jmo
