where do you guys get these chameleons?!??!

i see pics all the time of people who have the coolest species of chameleon. im talking about the chams that are really hard to get. where can you get these species of chameleon?

again, not talking Bout veiled, panther, jackson, i mean like all the kinyongia species and quadricornis, etc.

Well I can tell you a decent pair of quads is pretty much not out there as I have been looking for months. You can watch the classifieds here on the forum, Jared (cainschams) just sold some Tenus, Montium may still have a quad for sale, not sure what else.

First choice reptiles, Nick Mole, often has fresh imports, but since they are fresh imports it is hard to know what condition they may be in. Kingsnake is another option but do be careful.

on faunaclassifieds.com there is someone selling the kinyongia. you get a male for free when purchasing a female. the females are slightly expenssive but worth it, for that free male! not only that but hardly ever are they cbb they look dope! and someone on here is raising baby quads and im inquiring about them though they will not be for sale till jan-feb next year!

I got my quads from Underground Reptiles after I saw an add on Kingsnake.com classifieds. I got my adult montium from LLL Reptile after seeing their add on Kingsnake. My baby montium came from another member on the forum who had bred them himself. I got my pfeffer's from Chameleons Northwest. I accidentally clicked on their link on the home page and figured I may as well take a look around while I was there. They didn't advertize having any available, but they did show that they had pfeffer's in their breeders section, so I sent them an e-mail asking about it and they said they had some 4 month old babies available. I really lucked out on that one ;).

Species like (CHAMAELEO TRIOCEROS) Deremensis,Quadricornis,Melleri,Montium,Sternfeldi...........are not that hard to find but you have to be patient. You might want to check (LLL REPTILE.COM),(FIRST CHOICE REPTILES.COM)or(FLCHAMS.COM) they often have very rare chameleon species in stock or just look on this forum in the(CHAMELEON BREEDING SECTION)you might find something interesting.
