where can i get CB/CH carpet chameleons

where can i get CB/CH carpet chameleons, do you recommend anybody or any expos/times of year when they are commonly available? i'm reall hoping to get an unrelated pair so i can breed eventually. also do you know any rudis that aren't Wc?
