Where can I do this??Please Look

Hi, I was wondering if when people don't have a male chameleon and want to breed there female, what do they do?Are there places you can bring it to breed it with another.Thanks.

No, there are not "places" you take them. If you find a member on here that lives close by to you, they might be willing to let them mate. Others ship there chameleons back and forth to breed with one another. I think before any of this could happen, you would have to establish yourself in the chameleon community. How long have you been keeping chameleons? What is your experience?? There is alot involved with breeding and keeping baby chameleons and not many members on here would get involved with doing this unless they know you well.. The other option is to get your own male, but again you should have some time and experience under your belt before you should consider doing so.

Everything carol just said.

Ive done shared projects in the past.

Its either get your own, or build repor with someone then ship the male (not the female) to and from the owner of the female. Then its up to the two of you to decide on terms and prices and such.

I currently have four chameleons out on "breeding loans". I send out my females and split on the eggs. Just make sure whoever you are sending your chams out to can take care of them. I always visit the home first to check to see if they will be ok.

I actually have been doing research for about 1.5 years just now and then doing research on the computer.I have only been keeping them for 3 and a half months though.I actually just got a shipment from lllreptile today and I spoil her so I think I am taking very good care of her.I have been having trouble feeding her lately since I moved her into her new cage but that is normal for the first week and she is starting to eat more now.I feed her crickets, wax worms, super worms, and mealworms.I want to feed her red wigglers because I herd it is okay and I actually have a small worm farm.I also have had a lot of experience with reptile just in general from western fence lizards to chinese water dragons.

Can build some trust with local mom & pop pet stores. They may be willing to allow you to breed with a male they are selling or have on display. I often help out with my friends store. Loan a male or female if needed. They keep their own breeding rooms on premises. I help them and they help me, whenever needed. Mutually beneficial. Otherwise, fed ex and a stranger may be your only solution. You can always try a zoo.
