let me ad a new country. Th Netherlands by many also called Holland which are actually only 2 of the 12 provinces. I used to live in a province called Limburg close to the Belgium and Germany border. Now I live in Southern Holland (Zuid Holland in Dutch) about 15 K from sea.

I was chatting with Syn the other night and she was surprised to learn that I have a Southern accent. Most people from Florida do not have Southern accents. But Jacksonville is not only the largest city in the country, it is also one of the furthest South true southern (Read Redneck) cities. From here on down accents become less and less.
