Beautiful!! She just really loves her new home. She's always super excited to go back in too. We take her out just to feed her worms. But she hates it latelyMy female, Gwenn (R.I.P.) was the same way. She never wanted me near her. Here is how I was "greeted" quite regularly...

A Chams disposition can change. Sometimes over night.
She hissed at me about 20 minutes ago because I looked at her and asked if she was enjoying her crickets. This is a picture of her new enclosure. My husband built it himself.Oh lord, yeah mine do this too. Doesn't mean that they hate you, it simply means that they feel very nice, secure, and safe in their enclosure, so I'd say you did a good job with that!
That looks really nice. Lol....maybe she's just a little temperamental right now? I dunno about you, but all of my chams fall under the same category: moody, spoiled brats. She hissed at me about 20 minutes ago because I looked at her and asked if she was enjoying her crickets. She never wants to get out of it lol and yes, she's temperamental. She's so sassy and full of hate. I love itThat looks really nice. Lol....maybe she's just a little temperamental right now? I dunno about you, but all of my chams fall under the same category: moody, spoiled brats.
Honestly, I find it sort of hilarious that one day my Cham will absolutely love me and crawl all over me and the next hiss and puff out his chest if I even come to feed him.She never wants to get out of it lol and yes, she's temperamental. She's so sassy and full of hate. I love it
She is like this constantly lately. I put crickets in her habitat shortly after her light turns on. It turns on at 6:30, and I out them in there at around 7 right before I leave for work. I usually put between 6 and 7 in there. Then we give her a horn worm once a day/every other day. I prefer to take her out to give her the horn worm so I know she eats it and it doesn't escape lol but lately she refuses.Honestly, I find it sort of hilarious that one day my Cham will absolutely love me and crawl all over me and the next hiss and puff out his chest if I even come to feed him.
I also try and hand feed any sort of worm to mine....I prefer not to waste them since they can be a bit pricey. If mine don't take it from me in the morning, I'll try again when I get off work in the evening. If they still get all fussy with me, the worm goes back in the box for another day. My lastest edition is fairly friendly right now, he's been tolerating me quite well and I personally haven't had any problems with his temperament...although anyone else who's dared to touch him have gotten the dark colored hissing monster in an instant. My 3 year old is just a big, spoiled rotten baby. He drinks artisan water, probably eats nicer meals than I do, and is treated like a king....but damn is he a brat. Some days he's great and all clingy an will spend the entire day on my shoulder watching TV, and then the next morning he'll hiss at my hand and stare at me like I'm some sort of alien....lolShe is like this constantly lately. Oh my god that sounds amazing. I wish she would sit on my shoulder. Although she did climb into my hair once. She's still fairly young, probably just now about 2.5-3 months old. I'm just assuming she really likes her new habitat. I know they generally hate everything. Once she hisses at me I leave her for a bit, but my husband will follow her all around the habitat to get her out to eat a worm. Meal worms aren't bad. Its the horn worms im careful about. They're expensive so I don't want to waste them. She's fine once she comes out of her habitat. I'm trying to convince my husband to get another, with no luck so far. After 2 years of hand feeding my female finally doesn't hate me and will go on to me as long as I have bugs
