When to use this Calcium dust?

I got some Calcium dust. It says it has calcium and vitamin d3. When should I use it???

what type of chameleon do you have?
does your chameleon go outside in natural light at all?
do you use UVB lighting on your cage?
do you use any other supplements? Like a vitamin supplement or a vitamin free calcium supplement?

I have a baby veiled. (male)
Never goes outside in natural light.
I use a UVB light and a heat light.
I just started using this dust today.
(not sure how much D3)
