When to feed Goliath Worms?

How old or how large should a Jackson's chameleon be before I can feed him a Goliath worm? My Jackson's is one year old and I would like to try feeding him a Goliath worm. Thank you in advance.

You could easily do 2 inches. They are a soft bodied feeder and go down easily.
