when to feed fruits and veggies?

So I found out today my veiled eats fruits and vegetables. He has eaten today some kale, carrot, apple, grape and lettuce cut into small pieces. I was just wondering how often to feed them along with his feeders. Also do you have any suggestions for other foods he can eat?

I usually leave a few fruits and veggies in her feeder cup during the day so that she can get to them if she chooses. I dump out whats left the next morning and replace them with fresh. Sometimes she eats some, sometimes she doesn't. She is still getting her feeder insects, I just leave the fruits and veggies in for a snack. I have also tried blueberries, squash, zucchini and cilantro. There are many thread on this site that have lists of different things you can try. Those are just what I had handy.
