When to cage?

Hello,
I have a clutch of 15 ambanja babies that are one month old. I have them separated in the totes in groups of five. At what point should babies get caged?

They could go to cages now but at least by 3 months old. If you keep them is totes awhile longer I'd suggest adding a few more totes and separate them by size and how aggressive they are. Don't put a shy one and an aggressive one in the same tote nor a big one with a little one.
