When should I move Fred to his new much much bigger cage?

Hi this is Fred my veiled, I don't know his age as Ive had him three months and was told he was 8 weeks old when I bought him, but I don't thinks he's that old, I'm guessing 4 months as he's only just got his colours in? anyway I'm not sure when he need to go in to his new cage that my boyfriends building, I've attached a photo, I don't want to freak him out putting him in a massive cage to soon but I don't want him to be sqaushed in his little cage? Please help (new to chameleon owning) thanks becky

He eats between 6 and 10 large locust a day and wax worms on top of that as treats some times
