When should i get a new cage?

hi I have a male about 5 month old veiled cham and he is currently living in a 1 foot(width) 18 inches (tall) and 1 foot (diameter) Should i be looking into getting a new cage soon it is starting to look a little crowded bc he is getting so big so quickly. This is the cage he is in and that is him at the top.

Yes I would get a 2'-2'-4' enclosure within a month or so.

I'm with brownie64 on this...the faster you can upgrade..the better. If he is at 5 months be prepared for the explosive growth rate to come. IMO, I would go ahead and get the cage now and not wait. Based on your pictures, he had already substantially outgrown the enclosure he is in.

ok thank you, we r looking into getting one soon so we can put him in the new one by the second or third week of february
