What's this plant?

I got it from my aunt awhile ago and I forgot what it was. I thought maybe it's Swedish ivy and maybe put it in my chams cage... But I'm not sure.

That is Swedish ivy. It's non toxic and unlike most ivy does not cause dermatits. This plant is safe to use.

It looks pretty. I might look for some around the "hood" for some and get some cuttings. Not without asking first, of course.:D

I want some for my tank. But all I could find where large pots of it. And because the stem isn't flexible and snaps when bent I decided not to get it yet as I would have just made a mess of the plant during the transplant.

I'm doubting which plant you have now but it could also be creeping Charlie which is toxic. The difference is Swedish ivy has a larger leaf about the size of a quarter. The creeping chalie leaf is only an inch. If I were you I would just go buy a Swedish ivy to be sure.

Way off topic, but I just noticed you're from Yuba City. I used to go camping all the time at Middle Fork of the Yuba River when I was a kid. I don't know if you know it, but we'd stay at Oregon Creek campground.
