What's the sex

I've been told he's really a he, and a cross between a nosy panther and a amobile(not sure on spelling) panther. Just want some other opinions on the sex. The shop I got him at told me he's 5 months old but I talked to a breeder and the guy told me he's tiny enough to be around 2 months old

I agree male.

If he is in fact 5 months, he's most likely not received good care, as he is small for his age. His head shape does indicate he is older than 2 months, they tend to have more round heads at that age. I would guess that either his lighting was not adequate and/or he was not fed much which both can stunt growth.

Other than being small, he looks to be in good shape so with a little TLC he should do great in the long run.
