What's the deal with reptisun 5.0 & 2.0 combo?

I have read several places that a good UV combo is a reptisun 5.0 and 2.0 used together. Why the 2.0? What makes this combo so good?

I'm not sure what you have been reading but a 2.0 bulb is not the one you need to worry about, having a good 5.0 is. The only think I can think of is that the 2.0 would be to support plant growth in which case you can find a cheap 65K bulb at just about any store that will help your plants.
