What's the best foodto hand feed to earn trust?

Idk what to hand feed. Idk bout worms because a lot of people say it's fatty-ish. Any suggestions?

Superworms I found were the easiest. You can hold crickets by there back legs but its a little tougher. You dont have to feed superworms all the time as they are fatty, but it will get them used to your hand. Superworms wiggle alot and they like them.

If you are just working on trust, worms will do fine, as they do not move that fast, and usually will stay in one spot.

Also- If you are worried about them being fatty-ish, it doesn't really matter too much, because you aren't feeding a lot, so it won't cause problems.
